Rules & Regulations
All students are required to strictly adhere to the following rules to maintain academic decorum and campus safety. Violations will attract disciplinary action, including fines, suspension, or expulsion as per institutional norms.
1. ID Card Compliance: Display your identity card visibly at all times within campus premises.
2. Classroom Discipline: Refrain from disrupting sessions through unnecessary noise or loitering in corridors, lounges, or adjacent areas.
3. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the campus.
4. Mobile Phone Ban: Usage of mobile phones is not permitted anywhere on campus.
5. Meetings Approval: Organize or attend meetings (on or off campus) only with prior written permission from the Principal or Head of Department.
6. Vehicle Regulations: Use two-wheelers (<100 cc engine) only, with a valid driving license, a speed limit of 10 km/hr, and mandatory safety helmets.
7. Property Care: Handle college property responsibly to avoid damage; willful destruction invites severe penalties.
8. Uniform Dress Code: A Prescribed lab coat is mandatory during all lab sessions. Casual/modern clothing is not permitted during class hours.
9. Ragging Prohibition: Zero tolerance for ragging (senior-junior or peer); immediate expulsion for offenders as per UGC/AICTE regulations.
10. Cleanliness Standards: Maintain hygiene; no littering, spitting, or food waste in academic areas/campus premises.
11. Lab Safety Protocols: Follow laboratory safety guidelines; no unauthorized experiments or equipment handling.
12. Library Discipline: Maintain silence; no food/drink consumption; return books on time to avoid fines.
13. Hostel Curfew: Comply with hostel timings; no outsiders permitted after designated hours.
14. Proxy Attendance Ban: Personal attendance is mandatory; proxy attendance leads to academic penalties.
15. Examination Integrity: No malpractice; use of unfair means results in cancellation + debarment.
16. Cyber Ethics: No cyberbullying/harassment via social media targeting fellow students/faculty.
17. Event Participation: Active involvement in co-curricular activities is encouraged, but no neglect of academics.
18. Environmental Compliance: Conserve electricity/water; switch off fans/lights when leaving rooms.
19. Photograph Restrictions: No unauthorized photography/videography of faculty/staff without permission.
20. Feedback Mechanism: Report violations anonymously to the Discipline Committee/HOD for immediate action.
Parents/Guardians will be informed of repeated violations. Cooperate for a conducive learning environment.
