Introduction
Training and Placement cell is functioning effectively in our college to enhance the students’ skills to face the current industrial demands. We have meticulously designed our own training modules with the support of trainers and Corporate HRs by keeping in mind the ongoing industrial needs. The Training and placement cell has good infrastructure facilities and well trained faculty members to develop the student’s knowledge in both technical and communication skills. Our prime objective is to train the students vigorously to get them placed in top notch MNCs.
Objectives
- Train the students constantly to reach their destinations through various training programmes.
- Train the students arduously with recent advanced tools in their individual core areas to meet the industrial needs.
- To get the students placed in top notch MNCs, a full-fledged training is given in the areas like Soft skills, Aptitude, and Technical skills.
- Training is not only given on placements but also given on life oriented skills to confront any challenges in their working places.
Training Modules
The Training and Placement cell has designed well prepared training modules with a view of escalating more number of students to be employed.
All the students will get training, as mandatory, from I year to IV year along with their academic events.
