The Faculty Development Cell (FDC) is established to enhance the professional competency, academic excellence, research capabilities, and leadership skills of faculty members. The Faculty Development Cell organizes various Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops, seminars, training sessions, certification courses, and industry interaction programmes to strengthen teaching effectiveness, research productivity, innovation, and professional growth.
